This morning on my way to see Jessica in Orange County I was down at the transit mall when I was jumped . . . beat and robbed . . The man, African American . . . let's call him black for the sake of argument . . . (go figure . . a thieving black man . . .and before you call me racist or something stupid like that, let's face facts folks, black men tend to be disproportionately criminal in their thinking) grabbed my brand new Jansport $29.00 Big 5 Special back back (thinking I'm sure that it was loaded with money) and took off . . . so instead of calling the cops what did I do? I took off after the toothless bitch and tried to get my back pack back . . . I just bought it less than a week before . . . anyhow when I caught up to him after running ALL OVER downtown Long Beach I'm all why are you trying to steal my bag? he said I owed him . . . I'm all what do I owe YOU for I've never seen you before in my life . . . he said, because I owed him because he was homeless . . . anyhow he threatened to shoot me I said big fucking deal and jumped on him . . . it didn't bode so well for me . . there was a constant struggle for a good 20 minutes or so . . . I admit, I lost . . he got the bag and I got the black eye . . and yadda yadda yadda . . . you wanna know what's funny though? the Long Beach Police Department . . . which normally has their good for nothing asses ALL over Downtown, either sexually harassing the female patrons of the nightclubs, terrorizing the female patrons boyfriends, sleeping in their cars in the alley behind Broadway Pizza, or shaking down the homeless people . . where of course NO WHERE to be found . . and what's more . . . who watches those stupid POLICE SURVEILLANCE cameras on Pine Avenue? They are live short circuit cameras, but guess what? they are LITERALLY USELESS . . . they are pretty much there for show . . . I walked over to the police station to file a report . . wanna know what I was told? "Can you go home and call us? There is no one here at the station who can take your report right now." Where are they I asked? Out sleeping in their cars in the Parking lot of Chili's? . . .I got no answer just a dirty look . . . Long Beach . . .so Ghetto even the cops are part of the problem!!!

A Terror Most Explicit

I had the most horrendous dream last night/this morning. It frightened me so bad that I woke up and looked at the clock making sure I noted the time. The nightmare had nothing to it. No visuals or anything. If I had to describe it I'd even say it was somewhat peaceful. Then out of nowhere this voice shriek into my mind that I needed to see so and so (name left out to protect the innocent) because this person would be dying soon. And then this phantom voice yelled at me in the nightmare telling me to wake up. I'm not sure what made it such a frightening experience other than the reality that the person mentioned in my dream is in fact close to death. 2:52

Invisible. . . And Loving It

I have this ability to be invisible. Not literally of course, but kinda. If I don't want to be seen. I won't. It's kinda cool like just now we stopped at a Starbucks that I used to frequent back in the day. It's actually relatively close to my house and since I tend to be active in my community I'm usually out and about, anyhow we go in and behind the counter is Mark someone I haven't seen in over a year and he says, "I haven't seen you in forever. I thought you moved." i said, "i can do you one better. I haven't seen you. I thought you quit." he replied with, " what do you mean?" i said, "well I haven't really gone anywhere. I still come on occasion. I see everyone I want to see." Invisible. I'm better at it than I thought.

In The Scalding Heat Part Dieux

What constitutes odd? Someone read a post I wrote and called it ODD. I wasn't mad or upset just confused. Why would one refer to another persons life as odd without even KNOWING who that person is? So I chose to comment on hot water and how once I loved it and now I can barely stand it. And yet, It's odd. I guess It's ok odd is what we make of it I suppose everyone's a little different a little off but yeah I admit it I'm odd and very proud of being odd. The point? Who are we to judge?

In The Scalding Heat

I used to be able to stand in the hottest most scalding water the shower could muster. And I liked it. No not liked it. . . I loved it. My skin would get all goose-bumpy and the water would turn my skin all red and wonderful. . . But now just a year later somethings changed. I can't stand in the scalding heat of the shower anymore. I wonder why.

It'll All Get Better In Time?

That's what Leona Lewis rings anyhow. If It'll all get better in time then why doesn't feel that way? Why is it a year after the fact I find myself wandering back to this time last year when things were o.k. If not actually good? Why is it that He's allowed to creep into my thoughts just when things seem to be going o.k.? I don't hate or have any bitter feelings toward him anymore but still. I wonder though, could it have turned out differently? Would he have killed me the way he was planning? Or would everything have turned out for the best and life would've gone on Happily Ever After? I don't have those answers but still I wonder. . . Will it All Get Better. . . In time?

Random acts of trickery

There's nothing more obnoxious to me than having a random one time trick chase you down the street "just to say hi" what's the point of being a trick if you aren't planning to stay that way. What's more embarassing for me is that I don't recall his name. Ooops my bad.
